Before any workshops take place Nano Time review the requirements and issues for both parties. This involves one to one meetings, conference calls and confidential surveys and deep profiling using eProfiler. This insight is then reviewed and provided back to each party in a confidential Issues Report with suggestions on how workshops should be structured and guidance on relationship development strategy. Only when this phase is complete and each party has agreed to the approach and structure of the process do we proceed.
